Upon arrival, we were disappointed to find that our suite had no windows or outdoor space, contrary to our expectations. Despite the room's size, the lack of ventilation and natural light were great. We had to wait until the next day to be moved to another room, frustrating given that we had specifically requested outdoor access prior to our arrival.

Elegant, Elegant, Elegant
We were blown away by the beautifully designed Superior Suite that felt mad really like a luxurious sanctuary amidst the lively surroundings. The perfect service included good surprises like afternoon canapés and sweet biscuits with the turn-down service-just pure bliss! Plus, the rooftop terrace was an irresistible spot to unwind with mint tea while watching the sun set over the bustling Medina.

The staff were very good. Saida was attentive. The breakfast selection outshined any other place I've visited in Morocco, with flavors that really stood out. I also enjoyed some peaceful breaks on the rooftop terrace with a good retreat from the busy surroundings.
The room could use some modern touches to match the excellent service.
